Another insult, saying someone is basicly lower than spooge, the thing that cleans that shit up.

Piece of limp cloth worn across the chest by women who are considered hippy, granola or dead-heads. Looks suspiciously to have been made by hand and ties with string around the neck and lower back. Offers minimal coverage.
