A silly slang greeting that is supposed to sound like a Northern Ireland accent asking "How are you?"

Contrary to myths and beliefs the phrase ye mhmm, often over used modern day society for general term of agreement to any question/statement. However the correct use of the word is actaually to assume the answer of said question/statement. Often used in a sarcastic mannerism and to suggest a rhetorical question, in which the answer is obvious. There is a specific method to me used when applying ye mhmm to every day life. With each syllable there needs to be a sufficent head nod, whilst eyes need to widen in enthusiasm and dedication to the phrase as if looking into someone's soul.
E.g
Jamie1: That bird Bonnie is coming to mine tonight.
Jamie2: You gonna rag her senseless, overpowering her with amazing sexual technique and charisma ye mhmm.

A term for a friend or foe in place of real name. Must be said with a slight Irish accent to be effective.
Friend - come over here and give me a lift with this fucking heavy item ya coont ye.
Foe - go and get fucked, ya coont ye.
Foe - go and get fucked, ya coont ye.
