switch hit stranger

The act of sitting on both hands till they go numb. Than using one hand to masturbate, referred to as the stranger, while remaining seated on the other hand. Once the feeling starts to go back into the active hand, possibly pins and needles, you switch to the hand you are sitting on which is still numb and make it the active hand.
