The hurried whipping action a tattoo artist makes when he/she is shading in a piece while strung out. Can be used in conjunction with the artists name to create a "handle."

1) The artist used whip shade to fill in the outline.
2) While drilling on his client, WhipShadeDave was nodding out.

Basic tips and tricks for beginners on how to throw shade at someone. Made popular by the shade throwing master Da'Vonne Rogers in Big Brother 18.

Example: When Tiffany tells Da'Vonne that she would not put her up for eviction, but does so anyway, resulting in Da'Vonne casually whipping her hair in Tiffanys face.

Da'Vonne to camera: "Thats Shade 101."
