Not to be used to describe a person who simply browses the internet a lot, as internet dwellers also tend to stay away from the more mainstream social networking sites and only browse the more obscure corners of the internet, like what a real-life dweller would do.

When you meet vietnamese gamer, you can expect them saying "dit me (their wifi name)" when you play with them due to the bad connection. Admin of games will suspect a vietnamese gamer if they are lag switching or not, getting banned from the game is expected.
