Did an angel speak?

Did someone just fart? (rhetorical)

This is a humorous way of alluding to a fart that cannot be overheard when in company. It appears in James Joyce's "Portrait of the Artist of a Young Man" when a group of students are discussing various philosophical issues. One of them farts and another of the group asks him: "Did an angel speak?". It is also defined on FartNames.com as "any loud fart in church". Joyce obviously used it humorously, aware of its religious connotations.

port angeles

An interesting town where half the people are hicks who want to cut down all the other trees and the other half are hippies who want to climb all the trees (This would be me). It is a beautiful area located in Western Washington, sandwiched between the Straits of Juan De Fuca and the Olympic Mountains. Many rivers and lakes are also close by.

Port Angeles was established as a townsite by Abraham Lincoln in 1862 by executive order which led the Board of Trade in 1890 to call it the "Second National City", Washington DC being the first. This meant if DC blew up then the nations capital would move to Port Angeles.

Angel he/she is a sweet,smart girl who doesn’t gives up on what she want’s, and believe in. He/she works hard to not just prove to others ,but also herself. She puts everyone else before herself. Angel he/she is a person that if she stops being cool with you, you know you messed up really bad and lost a good person in your life. Angel he/she is a person that you would never forget. He/she is a person that if she has a problem with you she is going to let you know.

Angelic

Angelic, she’s so beautiful bro like damn her name defines her. God totally took his time on her, she’s amazing and funny and really fucking cool. She’s a great listener and will always be there for you, she’s the time of friend to be there for you if you call her at 3am crying needing someone to talk to, she will give you great advice and make you realize that you are probably crying for no reason and will make you feel good about yourself. She’s a true friend and the time of friend everyone needs. She has beautiful hair and just perfect features, she’s a keeper and you should totally name one of your kid after her or make her your godmother because she’s truly amazing.
