A villian in the kids show Teenage mutatnt ninja turtles the next mutation. He is the lord of a race of humaniod dragons that once ruled the planet before recorded history but was defeated and thrown in to a magic mirror. However in this series he is able to escape and he captures splinter. He is green, ugly, powerful and ruthless.

Steam Lord

Someone who holds a substantial amount of power (socially) on the digital gaming vendor platform known as steam. This power exists in forms such as influence, reputation and one who is owner of a large group on steam. This power only exists socially and does not include the form of power Valve staff members hold. A Steam Lord is renown for their influence and the social power they posses over people. Usually a Steam Lord will coerce, or persuade his or her flock of followers/friends to perform certain task or instruct them to something.
