In surfing. A star bar is when a beach break get a really good sand bar, possibly after a rain for big swell. The star bar usually only lasts a few days.

There is a star bar at Porto right now, riffleing tubes left and right.

In Detroit Mi Barred out means someone is off a xanax pill. They come in footballs that are blue also white, and bars can be green,white, and yellow.

I got expelled from school i don't remember how i guess i was Barred out OOF.
