A type of bible used by a friend group to cite memorable quotes, typically one said before Riggaloting (in spirit)

Template: Riggalations XX:XX -> "quoteable moment"

Riggalations 13:11 -> you made lemons out of lemonade.
Riggalations 90:99 -> "I've been waking up everyday, gradually more more and more eager to jump into traffic.
But theres nobody driving around anymore!!!"

When your hair is put into a certain position for so long it actually hurts.

The little boy takes his hat off after wearing it all day, rubs his head, and say ouch...Fuxking RigaHAIRtis.

The ugly stepchild says to her Mommy, "Why does my dead gerbil's hair look so funny" Mommy says laughing while touching her child in inappropriate places, "Why that just rigaHAIRtis"

1. A onomotopaeic word used to distinguish frustration or anger.
2. Can be accompanied with "fraggah".

Person 1: "Hey, look at the queues, they are not clean."
Person 2: "Raggah!"

Example 2:
Person 1: "She's at it again, being cheap at the dinner table when the bill comes."
Person 2: "Raggah Fraggah"
