A floppy dick is an unfortunate symptom that may be acquired when a guy goes without masturbating a very long time. As you go about your day while the penis is in its flaccid state you will feel it pulsating and throbbing, flopping up and down, back and forth, flopping from side to side, flopping against your left thigh and then against your right thigh.
