The act of vigorously deep cleaning something or some place while high or appearing to be high on methamphetamine or other stimulant.

Jimmy Johns' used quick cleaning tactics in order to provide a 'freaky fast' food delivery service. As a result, many customers would go on to suffer from food poisoning and other food-borne related diseases. Victims are often perplexed by the sickness since the onset is usually weeks after consuming the contaminated food products.
