A condition marked by swelling and soreness of the upper or lower from receiving too many dutch rudders.

I think Rachel pulled a muscle during that last dutch Rudder she gave me. Three dutches a day for the last four months has given me dutch arm.

glen arm

This doesn't have anything but houses and it reaches out a lot further than you think. Glen Arm is hick-town in some areas like ie way down glen arm road but then near good ol jville its cool and where i live! Check out j-ville and towson for two of the close hang outs of us glen arm teens! Loch Raven reservoir is another cute little spot two minutes from us. Nobody has ever really heard of "glen arm" but you say any of the surrounding areas its "sure, sure" or course but no knowledge of glen arm of course
