Has serveral meanings:
1. Jizz - "I sploofed on myself"
2. Erred - "I sploofed my final exam."
3. practical joke "I'm not pregnant, I was just sploofing you."
4. Excitement - "That was splooferific!"
5. Disappointment - "I just got dumped. That sploofs!"

Synonym for splooge (see example #1)

-A portmanteau of spoof and comedy, used primarily to satirize an existing body of popular work (i.e. films, books, music)

I began directing "To Fast, Tofurious", a spoofedy about fasting, angry tofu that drive fast cars.
