scallty

Scallty is term base out of Watts California's Hacienda projects. It defines a person who is brave hearted or street "thirsty" doing dangerous and sometimes life threatening activities and willing to do almost anything to get what one wants or needs. Nonchalant about dangerous behaviors.

"Yo yall rob the liquor store then shot the security guard too? You dudes is Scallty as hell. I can't fuck with that".
