Originated from the word bounitful grapes in 1854 which orginated from the word taco in 1403 means succesful awesome cool person, dancer and a person who likes sweet stuff like peanut butter jelly. The person is too cool to be the president of the united states and is also to cool for goats.

President Bangs is a phenomenon in which a female's long sidesweep bangs, due to an unfavorable condition, (ie humidity, sweat, rain, etc) begin to curl where her hair meets her scalp. This results in an aesthetic effect resembling the wigs of our founding fathers. To most ladies, this is undesirable and avoided at all costs.

I had to walk to school in the rain today and I can't brush my hair. I guess today I'll have to live with president bangs.
