Fanboy

a Fanboy seems originally a term applied to anyone into comic books, sci-fi, or other 'odd' hobbies. Now fanboy is typically reserved for over the top fans of comic books that dress as their favorite heros, and star wars fans, who seem to do the same.

I wasn't about to wait in line for five hours to see the new star wars film, not with all those fanboys standing there in their stormtropper costumes!

fanboy

A person who is a fan of a particular game, brand, band, movie or any part of popular culture to the point where it becomes a way of life for them. Arguing with a fanboy is ultimately futile, as no matter how many well-articulated facts you put to them that may criticize said game, band etc. they will take it as an insult, almost as if you're insulting their child. DO NOT, under any circumstances, engage a fanboy in an intelligent discussion regarding the flaws of their favored hobbies as it will only result in one-sided arguments that you have no chance of winning.

Fanboy: I believe that Halo is one of the most amazing games to grace this earth.
Level-minded individual: Well it's not all that good, certainly not the way you're making it out to be.
Fanboy: How dare you! You're nothing more than a troll to disrespect this work of art. Go back to your cave....

Fandom

A group of people who like a certain TV show, movie, book, video game, comic, etc. Usually ridiculed by others with unfair steriotypes (ex. bronies are gay, furries rape animals, etc.).

Freddy: Hey, I just got into the MLP fandom, wanna watch the show?
Bonnie: Not really, but I won't hate.
Freddy: OK, I'll watch it with my girlfriend.

The bad side of the Furry Fandom

the bad side of the furry fandom or what the pop furrs call the ("adult side")is a side full of people or things who make and do fucked like ill list some up shit like (yiff, zoophilia, murrsuitings, disgusting fetishes, etc.) that was forced to be connected to the furry fandom and for that sake young furries have to bare the hate that those people cause, and so creating all the hate that led to the amount of suicides, hate, harassment, threats, hurtfull insults, misleading information, and more..... so if you are a pop furr or want to become one DONT GET CURRUPTED BY THE BAD SIDE!
