Help

One of the hardest things to ask for, but also one of the most important things to ask for. Help can be hard and may require multiple attempts to gain but you can do it! Help is assistance someone or something that is able to guide, or provide a benefit or solution to your issue or problem. Help can be asked for and when given can provide knowledge or even happiness or sometimes can change a person's life forever.

"Excuse me sir, may I ask for your time. I need help getting up these stairs."

"Yeah of course, no problem."

To help means to assist someone so if you're not wearing the tinfoil hat and looking for aliens you're not helping them, you're giving them aid.

He's not imprisoned we're just trying to help, he's simply being restrained with a straight jacket in a padded cell so we can make him socially compliant.
