Derived from the word "minger". The word is used to describe someone who has sex or sexual relations with a minger! It can also be used to insult a person who is even less attractive than your regular minger, also used to insult some one who has never had sex with anyone/thing.

tyson tickler

A sex move that is performed in the "doggie style" position. The guy sticks his four fingers up the ass of the girl.
