The action of taking any object (preferably solid like a snowball, baseball, hand full of nails) and launching them as hard and as fast as possible at a passing car. Do not do on major highways. The term "smacking" is derived from the loud boom created when the object smacks the car.

Hey Robbie I was smacking cars yesterday with a piece of firewood and it smashed the windshield. Cops came fast like 5 minutes.
