Its is a word to either describe someone can be positive negative ot neutral.
If you cant be bothered writing an opinion or are just fed up you would use this word.
It can also be another word for I don't know (IDK) or Can't be assed (CBA)

The word you say when you have nothing else to say, or when you feel "meh" about something. Feeling meh is feeling unsure or confused or not feeling like whatever you are talking about is important.
