The abject apathy associated with many of the Millennial generation (aka Generation Y)

We have trouble finding young staff who are willing to work hard, as so many are from the Meh-llenial generation.

Meh-llenial

A person who thinks the world revolves around them and that everyone else rates them as highly as they rate themselves....but in fact finds them Meh.

Meh-llennialism

Mehllennialism: A psychological condition that causes a person to have a highly inflated opinion of themselves, their opinions, importance, worth, looks and abilities. Often presents as a complete denial to accept responsibility for their own actions and refusal to accept that they are anything other than perfect.
