Someone who is from New Jersey and lives at the Jersey Shore all year around. The are jealous of the swag that the vacationers carry, because they have none. They usually get their girls stolen from them by shoobies and will do things like start some shit, and then run away from the fight. They pretend to be proud to be a local, but really its just a way to cover up their insecurities.
