embarrased, insulted, doubting their manhood or just feeling like a complete twat. this term would usually be shouted by a third party upon hearing the original statement that was made and deciding whether it was worthy of such an accolade.
this term is a shortened version of the phrase "drop it like it is hot" made poipular by the snoop dogg song.

"Droppers" are used cigarettes that have been dropped onto the ground or left discarded on the footpath etc. Particularly those cigarette butts that are targetted by poor people to be picked back up and re-smoked due to tobacco being increasingly expensive thesedays. Sometimes these droppers are saved up until there is enough tobacco to tear off and combine together to roll your own ciggie using a new rollie paper etc.

You: Why is that homeless person just wandering around slowly staring at the ground for?
