Very similar to a body high, a body feel is what you'd call a body sensation, drug induced or not, that is difficult to describe. Usually a pleasant floaty feeling or a zoning effect.

Also commonly used by people with / familiar with bipolar to describe the effects of mania or other brain chemistry effects.
