"Deuce" (derived from the French word for 2 deux) also know as the second finger to the right or left of your index finger. "Chuck my deuce up" is an action of the middle finger being raised up in an expression of "Fuck you".

The standard haircut for all males over the age of one month in Poland and the only hairstyle for men taught in Polish Cosmetology schools. A Polish Deuce is given by using a number 2 clipper setting, cutting the entire head, and putting at least one knick/bald spot in the back of the head.
