A gang known for their gang name "SHASHAMGANG" was created by a man known as Jerome Sledge, in an interview Jerome said that the word "SHASHAMGANG" was derived from the word "SAHSHAMGA". He got the word "SHASHAMGA" from when he went to his hometown Bombwe in Northern Africa, the word was mostly used to call cows and mice.

Jerome says "ayo dawg, SHASHAMGANG?
Kailee says "SHASHAMGANG"
They both scream "SHASHAMGANG"
