A medical condition used to describe when someone develops or already has the stereotypical 'stoner' laugh. Similar to the laugh of Seth Rogen. Typically more nasaly/airy.

rogers are guys that are hard headed, and don’t ever want anything to work out. they do things unnecessarily and just for no reason. they avoid admitting and telling the truth. while they cause stress for others they know they are doing it however, they are gym freaks and work out a ton and they are hot. although they’re pretty douchey, rogers tend to make you catch feels for them in the end
