To have "no hands" is to lack mechanical skill, usually in relation to a video game. While originally referring solely to a lack of speed and precision in input, it has since been expanded to any situation in which victory is lost due to an inability to make effective inputs.

Commentator 1: "Let's see if XxXFaZe_DunkerXxX can pull off this combo, against this opponent though it'll be very intensive in button presses"
Commentator 2: "Nah he's cooked, Dunker notoriously has no hands"
