What the Laugh was that?

Similar to WTF but more of a lighthearted, easy going feel. Its also used in a more humorous way, like you cant believe something that funny just happened. It can also be shortened to What the Laugh or WTL?
This morning a guy bicylced by me on a 10 foot unicycle, the only thing i could respond with was What the laugh was that?

to be an asshole,or be a jerk in some manner to any person or thing. being mean or rude to somebody during a situation or just in general.

hating a person.
example one:
Derick: man..i can't wait to leave this girl.she's so annoying.'

you're friend is making fun of you so you shout across the room "ugh WHAT A SLOANNER"
