Twisted Matthew

Street name for the combination of naproxen (a non steroidal anti-inflammatory drug) and cyclobenzaprine (a muscle relaxant). This is new but increasingly common drug combination on the West Coast of the US). Original etymology is unknown.

Guy 1 : Dude, I was going to give my girlfriend a Dutch Oven last night, but she was too fast for me. She got the covers over my head first.

Guy 2 : Man, that's what I call a Dutch Twist. M. Night Shyamalan would be proud of that twist ending. But he would have made it so that your girlfriend was a ghost or something.

When someone has the the advantage in whatever certain act or action they are either doing or performing and they give it up and then take it in the ass and lose. This is generally known as the FUCK UP.
