A girl or guy that isn't willing to dump you but is willing to tell you whatever if takes for you to break up with her and of course, not hate her.

Lacking in friends, or real friends anyway. Made fun of to their face and behind their back with out regard to feelings. This person can be of any build but all are whiny little bitches.
This is the friend you really dont like too much but still hang out with because you dont want them to commit suicide.
They really are not bad people but they are generally in a shitty mood and look sad all the time.

Rumple Dumple

Originated in Champaign Illinois at a bar called the Highdive. Bartender, Matt Graham (a.k.a. Grizzo), referred to Rumpleminze as "Rumple Dumple", coining the term.
