Another term for wigger. More commonly associated with Staten Island white boys who believe themselves to be gangster. Typically seperated into tribes on the basis of the color of thier bubbles jackets. Also known for driving around with thier daddy's Mercedes and obnoxiously loud Nextel cell phones.

A person with a compulsion to demonstrate "presenteeism" by travelling to the office via any possible means during heavy snowfalls, when home working is a readily available alternative.

Emma - Yes he told anyone who would listen about his epic journey to work on cross-country skis.

(noun) any day when school is cancelled unexpectedly, but not necessarily because of snow.
other causes include but are not limited to:
ice (bad roads), low temperature (buses can't start), winds, power outages, no heat, lice epidemic (school closes for cleaning), sickness (so many students are out sick that it's not worth keeping the school open).

I got a snow day!
But it's 60 degrees outside.
Yeah, but the wind knocked the power out at school.
