Used in public meaning go fuck yourself.

Used towards people from Ohio to go back to Ohio.

Drunk Nascar fan: Go Ricky!!!
Sober Nascar fan: Ricky take a right!!!

Billy: Hey do you have a smoke and lighter I can Bum?
Bobby: Take a right!!!!

Ohio State fan in the South: Go Bucks!!
Southerner: Take a right!!!
