A dobshite is one who informs on neighbours or others actions which minor infringements of the law. From the expression to 'dob in ' -to tell someone in authority about something bad that another person has done.

Following his reporting of his neighbours for a minor breach of Covid 19 lockdown restrictions, all his neighbours regarded him as an utter dobshite.

This word is pronounced with out the g and is just pronounce like dosh.
It means when a dog shits (poops)
Can be pronounced in dogshing or dogsh, or dogshy.

"Eww your dog is dogshing"
"Grose! Why your dog gotta be so dogshy?!"
"I hate your dog, he's always tryna dogsh on me."
