Noun: Someone who has the physical characteristic of a very thick skull; thereby not being able to understand simple things. Used as an insult.

Dense Breast

A condition where breast tissue is composed of glands, ducts, and supporting tissue as opposed to fatty tissue. This type of tissue makes it difficult to read mammograms. It is normal for many women, but often means that mammograms need further testing.

Only a doctor should make the determination of dense breast due to the importance of properly reading mammograms.

The doctor asked for further mammogram testing due to dense breast tissue. But he said it is probably normal.

Dense Breast

When the titty is perky and firm, but maybe too firm. Its firmness adds a weight you wouldn't expect from a titty of the size. As if the titty is being weighted down by all the shit that bitch is hiding from you. Or it's breast cancer, 50/50 chance.
