deep butthole

When you feel the pressure in your lower half from a poop coming on but it isn't quite ready. If you were to sit on a toilet you would have to push significantly hard to squeak out anything. You know you will have to go soon but a trip to the toilet would not be satisfying.

I have to poop but it's super deep butthole right now.
