Baulko is short for Baulkham Hills High school, a Sydney selective high school in the suburb Baulkham Hills. The selective school has the second highest entry score in New South Wales, behind James Ruse and just above North Sydney Boys. The school has a good atmosphere and it is a good school to go to.

excessive force of the 'playa' voice, invented by the great and powerful johnny, led to this statement. taking the teaching of ol' dirty bastard and referring to the lyric "shimmy shimmy yah, shimmy yam, shimmy yay" under the 'playa' voice, the word became 'shimmay' with the extra 'a.' the word 'balls' would sound like 'bauws' in the playa voice. 'bauws' was a favorite word of the PBP crew at the time. one day, the great johnny opened his mouth, and forever is was... "SHIMMAY BAUW!"

bauer hour

Much like a power hour. Whilst watching 24, drink shots of beer whenever the show is playing, and smoke weed during commericials. Completion of a bauer hour does not make you Jack Bauer, and anyone claiming that they are him, or have become him, must be rideculed for being a feltcher.
