whitewash

A term used, apparently, only where it snows. A whitewash is when you grab somebody by the back of the head, usually when wrestling, and rub their face into the snow. This is a technique primarily used during snowball fights. Made better when the whitewashee bleeds. Distant relative: the swirly.

Whiteware

any of a broad class of ceramic products that are white to off-white in appearance and frequently contain a significant vitreous, or glassy, component. Including products as diverse as fine china dinnerware, lavatory sinks and toilets, dental implants, and spark-plug insulators, whitewares all depend for their utility upon a relatively small set of properties: imperviousness to fluids, low conductivity of electricity, chemical inertness, and an ability to be formed into complex shapes. These properties are determined by the mixture of raw materials chosen for the products, as well as by the forming and firing processes employed in their manufacture.

Traditional ceramic uses were dinnerwares,pottery and whitewares.

Whitewashing

Whitewashing is the alteration of a characters skin tone, from black/brown to white. This is also racist due to the harmful anti black history whitewashing black characters has. In America (euro-centric features were seen as a beauty standard that bpoc (black poc) couldn’t fit. Changing a black character to look white removes the little representation for black people while also conveying an anti black message.
