vertigo is a temporary situation that you can experience if you leave a sitting position you have been in for a extensive period of time quickly.
the experience will cause you to have a difficulty in balancing yourself and black splotches to appear in your line of sight.
this will only happen for a few seconds, so don't get freaked out when it does.
