A portmanteau of "twink "and "wine."

Person 1: "Wait, why isn't there a word for older twinks? The internet says they can only exist between the ages of 18 and 25!"

Person 2: "Do they suddenly disappear at the stroke of midnight on their 26th birthday or something?"

Person 1: "I don't know. Adam's still twinky as hell, and he's in his mid-30s."

Person 2: "Yeah, he's definitely aging like a fine wine."

Person 1: "Omg, he's a twine!"
