a trift describes a certain situation in which two or more parties engage in an unfavorable activity which leads to an argument or mass conflict. The word itself is a composite of the words tiff and rift, ergo 'trift'. As the origin suggests it envelopes the action of a tiff and result of a rift.

This town is still lost in the 1940's. However, it did place 1st in the "Top 100 Towns With the Least Dentists Award" , and it shows. People who live in towns like this have proven to be dumber than rappers, and drug dealers....investing all they're extra money in big tires and neon light kits.
