Spirit Animal

In pagan religions and systems, a spirit animal or totem is meant to be a representation of the traits and skills that you are supposed to learn or have. Online, saying something or someone is your spirit animal is a statement that said person or thing is a representation of you or what you want to be.

Friend 1: "Did you see Misfits last night?"
Friend 2: "YES. Nathan Young is my spirit animal."

Spirit Walk

What a young woman embarks on when she breaks up with her significant other in order to "find herself." Most commonly occurs in young women ages 24-26, inclusive to most Western cultures.

me: So where's Ashley, I haven't seen her around lately?

Buddy/Ashley's ex-bf: Oh, yea...she randomly decided that she wanted to quit her job, break up with me, and wander around Europe for a few months to find herself after her 25th birthday.

2) A movie by the same name by Miyazaki-sama. An excellent movie.

Spirit Week

1. The week where you school makes you dress up every day in their "cool themes" and everyone only cares about pajama day.

2. The week where the tortured spirits of your school's past whisper in the staffs ears to make you wear their weird themed clothes and eventually have an extremely stupid spirit rally at the end of the week where you're supposed to wear your school's colors to show your "pride" but you really just go to laugh at the teachers who try to make it honestly "fun"

1. "Are you going to do spirit week next week?" "Nah I'll probably just do pajama day 'cause I won't have to put in any effort."

2. "Dude are you excited for the pep rally on Friday?" "No I'm only doing spirit week to please the spirits so that I'll pass finals."
