Being so full of spaz that you try to scratch your back with a pen and then drop the pen down your back so you've still got an itchy back and now have a pen in your clothes

Spandan

Heartbeat. Not so common Bengali name. Hrit-Spandan means Heart-Beat (Hrit from Hridoy, meaning Heart). It is pronounced as Spon-don ("spawn" and "dome" with n instead of m). However, non-Bengalis don't give a fuck and hence call it Sapandan, Spanndannn, etc.
