Similar to an Aircraft Carrier and the Helicarrier, the Spacecraft Carrier is both a boat and spaceship at the same time. It never leaves the atmosphere without having all ships inside. It typically sits in the ocean or floats in the sky, yet sometimes transport and warp is needed for intergalactic war or diplomacy.
