Astoria Scuff

Similar to the Middle Village Special in which you are from place A, and you act a fool in place B. But people with too much time on their hands decide its time to place you under citizens arrest and waste 3 hours of the day on cops that will let you go anyways.
Astoria is super gentrified and nothing happens in Astoria, so the Astoria Scuff is infinitely frustrating due to the fact that it takes around 7 years and an angry facebook post in order for you finally go home.

Your Buddy; "Man, I thought I could pull a Middle Village Special last night, but I ended up in a prissy neighborhood, so it ended up being an Astoria Scuff instead."
You; "Fuck, how did you get out of it?"
Your buddy; "I just waited, I guess. Felt like 12 years."

Hot Scruff

A person who still looks sexy, even when they haven't kept up with their appearances. It can be used for men and women, and it is derived from the word "Hot Stuff". It describes the beauty in waking up out of bed/etc. and going somewhere without really caring, because you know you're still freaking hot.

Ex. 1

A: "Why are all of these guys going after you?"
Q: "I don't know, man. I mean, I've been pretty scruff all week."
A:"Yeah, you've been wearing sweatpants all week and guys are still like 'Whoa, thats some hot SCRUFF!"

Ex.2

Johnny Depp is some hot scruff in Pirates of the Caribbean.

Scuffed LLC is a company created by Paul Denino and Brent Kaskel widely regarded as a ponzi scheme. Many investors have decided not to invest in Scuffed LLC due to its ties to the alt-right as well as the fact Brent Kaskel's previous experience of running a company (Archon) ended up in bankruptcy within months despite tens of millions being invested.

Although efforts have been made by the company to keep investors private, leaks have confirmed that at this current moment in time the two of the main investors are Alki David (owner of FilmOn) and Ross Perkins (president of the now defunct streaming site stream.me).

If you invest in a SCUFFED LLC, don't expect to get any of your money back.
