A bunk person who scums you over any chance they get. A riggins is the worse kind of person. A riggins will not only screw you over but make a 12 lb salmon fillet and eat it while running. A riggins will ask you to go the store and then proceed to demand you to drive him. A riggins, aka a scumbag

cracker rigging

The exact opposite of nigger rigging, wherein a cracker tries to repair something and it fails horribly. Usually resulting in his friends of African descent rigging it for him/her. Usually preceeded by the statement," Here, hold my beer."

Going to the auto shop, purchasing the parts to fix your car spending twice as much as it would take to fix it at the dealership and ultimately asking your friend who is a mechanic to fix it half assed in the interim.
