Raffles Institution is made up of elitist boys who had nothing better to do after getting 270 in PSLE and decided to come here.
A Rafflesian can be broadly categorize into 2 groups: the mugger and the lucky guy who put RI as his first choice as a joke.
You can identify a mugger Rafflesian if he:
1. Was in GEP in primary school
2. Is in math and/or science Raffles Academy
3. Is in a academic CCA
4. Gets gold for olympiads
5. Is a world debate champion or world memory champion

You may also identify a Rafflesian who got lucky and put RI as his first choice as a joke if he:
1. is a sports DSA and gave up half way
2. doesnt really care about grades
3. gets between 2.8 and 3.4 gpa
4. is a yp wannabe

5. and any student who isnt identified as a mugger

Features of RI:
1. RI boys are know for being unable to pick up girls from their sister school and often loses out to ASCI boys
2. Has shitty toilets in Raja block
3. Doesn't care about student wellbeing

Best School in Singapore, really very hard to get in. People who are in RI may seem as nerds but are actually well rounded and cool ppl. There’s air conditioning in every single classroom unlike most other schools. Also RI has many cool jackets and hoodies and even has a gorgeous black and gold polo. Elementary-school students are often already overworked and overtired, so the school should not pile even more labor on them by asking them to participate in that 0%!$@#& turkey-ticket raffle crap --- if the school needs more money, they should hold a bake-sale or something.
