2. Expression used by those who feel overqualified and outraged by their self-perceived low status, low income job. Especially since they have college degrees, usually from liberal arts schools.

Similar to Pleb, Bellend. One who's inferior intelligence results in them making a complete titface out of themselves in public however they are arses (or bellends) about it as they cannot laugh at themselves because of their ego. This often causes anger and disruption between groups of friends and Plebends can soon become outcasts or are bitched about if they do not change their ways.

The boys were discussing how Sheeraz was being a plebend earlier after running into the wall then having a go at Vikram who Sheeraz blamed because he 'thought they were racing'.
