A term used to decribe the phenomenon where people (ushaly New Englanders and North Westerners) go into a panic during a large snowstorm/ ice storm and buy out all the bread and milk in super markets in fear they will be snowed in for a week.

The Dyatlov Pass Phenomenon states that whenever an online content creator runs out of original content, it is only a matter of time before they create and post a video about the Dyatlov Pass incident of 1959. The Dyatlov Pass incident is about the deaths of 9 Russian hikers who died in the Ural Mountains under mysterious circumstances in early February, 1959.

Will didn't post a video for a couple of months, and suddenly he uploaded a new video about the Dyatlov Pass incident, making him the latest to succumb to the Dyatlov Pass Phenomenon.
