A douchebag of a person that is exceedingly annoying to the point where you're forced to vacate the room or slap the douchebag silly.
It's common for a newblet to perform outrageously stupid actions when completely sober. It's also a common occurrence for the newblet to talk absolute shit.

I'm going to slap that newblet if he says one more stupid thing.

Why the fuck did that newblet try to hatchet a campfire?

When you're seven beers deep into a six-pack or halfway through a handle of Jack Daniels and you use the same excuse not to come in when your "on-call".

Joe knew that it was homecoming weekend and shit would be busy all weekend. He pounded his ninth Jim Beam/Diet Coke as he got called in to work to come help. Joe explained he coulnd't come in because he had been drinking, or in other words, he pulled a Tallahassee Newberry.

"Hey Eric, can you can come, we are short staffed tonight?". Eric replied with slurred speech, "Sorry Bro, I've been Tallahassee Newberrying all fucking weekend".

Mr Newbey

A term used to describe a geography teacher that undergoes a lot of stress while teaching their students. They are also teachers that manage to ensure even the most chatty and disruptive students manage to achieve excellent grades. He really is the sediment of the class.
